  I placed an online order while I was already sitting inside the Subway store. A few customers came after me, but she started making their orders first and told me, “I am helping others.” That defeats the purpose of ordering online, especially when I’m already in the store waiting. Online orders should be prepared in the correct order or at least prioritized, otherwise there is no benefit for customers.

  This is my 3rd time in the new location and the 2nd that "Hunny" has served us. Both times she was rude and didnt change her gloves when using cash register and making our subs. I politely asked her to change her gloves and she was extremely rude saying she always does yet both times I've been in she hasn't till I asked. This visit she slammed her hands into the garbage area and changed gloves. The lettuce was just brought out and it was brown and rotting. I asked if they had anymore lettuce and she said no this is how it is. While putting my sub together she said " is this good enough for you? There was a glove soaking in the banana peppers bin that she grabbed out and proceeded to continue making my daughters sub. This location is usually great but her attitude for customer service and cleanliness is terrible. I guarantee all the skip or door dash orders that go out tonight with that brown lettuce will be coming back..

  Management needs to hold an employee meeting and go over the basics. Staff is extremely rude. Mostly the ladies. They seem very unhappy and rude. If they don't want to work, they should quit. There's plenty of young teens/adults who would love to work. Bread is always stale too. Why?

  Dhara was very polite and courteous. She made me a great sub. The bread was perfect (FRESH). I was there Sunday morning had the deal of the day (6 inch meal). The sub was fantastic. Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki. My cookies were also fresh and tasted great. Clean and plenty of seating here as well.

  How hard is it to follow an online order ingredient by ingredient? Apparently really hard for workers at this Subway. Missing sauces on all the subs, missing veggies and they gave me very light lettuce for my salad when I clearly asked for extra. Don’t waste your money here
