During my visit, I ordered two six sandwich and specifically did not want it overly toasted. However, the staff member name Avi toasted the sandwich far longer than requested. As a result, the bread was excessively hard and burnt, making the sandwich inedible. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to throw the sandwich away, which was very frustrating and a waste of both food and money. I did not receive an offer to replace the sandwich or correct the mistake at the time. I have generally had good experiences at Subway, which is why this incident was particularly disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that staff are reminded to follow customer instructions more carefully and ensure food quality standards are met. Thank you for your time.
