They have an offer going around right now where if you purchase one foot long, you get the second one for $2. Me and my fiancé tried placing the order multiple times on both our phones with both our cards and even through the website because apparently you could only use the coupon online. The reason we tried on multiple phones and the website is because it wasn’t working whatsoever. We walked into the store with proof that we couldn’t use the coupon on the app and the staff working at the time was very disrespectful and just kept ignoring us when we told her what was going on. She then called her manager and the store owner explaining the situation and then handed me the phone to speak to the owner and he was nothing but rude, was giving me attitude and yelling at me. All they said was go to the website and call customer service at 11:20 Pm when the store closes at 12 Am. I have never received such disrespect or poor customer service like this in a restaurant and I will definitely not be going to this place ever again.
