    I currently visited this location and was disappointed at the people working here especially this guy don’t remember his name but he was very rude and didn’t even care to apologize, also why do we have people who can’t speak english still working at places like this he put a different topping when i asked for spinach he gave me cucumber, Highly recommend to go to other locations

    I recently ordered from this location and was disappointed with the quality of my sandwich. I specifically asked for extra toppings, but everything was very minimal. It felt like because of the rush, the focus was more on speed than on quality and customer satisfaction. The staff were polite, which I appreciate, but they did not properly follow the instructions on my order. Attention to detail is important, especially when customers clearly mention their preferences. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to return. I hope management improves quality control and ensures orders are prepared correctly even during busy hours.

    If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’ve been coming here for years and always had a great experience until recently. I was told they got new management, which are obviously TRASH. what’s unfortunate is the staff is always polite, respectful and trying to get things done in a timely manner. However, there is only 1 person working- the staff seem like they are working in chaos with all the online orders, walk in customers, prep, etc. I feel so bad for the staff working here. The new owners:management should be so ashamed of themselves. They are clearly cheap and don’t care about staffing ratios or providing good service. Shame on you.

    This Subway location seriously needs to be investigated. The store is clearly understaffed, yet they continue serving large rushes of customers with barely any employees working. Because of this I ended up waiting an unreasonable amount of time just to get my food Management needs to do better. It's unfair to a paying customer and even worse for the employees who are left to deal with the chaos. Proper staffing during busy hours should be the bare minimum. I will not be coming back

    We had a very disappointing experience at this location today. We ordered two footlong subs in the morning before leaving for an out-of-country trip. About 15 minutes after crossing the border, we opened our sandwiches to eat and discovered that the patty inside both of them was completely frozen. It was extremely cold and inedible. Also, one of the subs had incorrect toppings. We attempted to call the restaurant multiple times throughout the day with no response. When someone finally answered in the evening, the manager repeatedly stated that nothing could be done. After learning we had already left the country for a month, he insisted replacements were only possible if we returned the same day which was obviously impossible. He contradicted himself several times about whether a replacement or refund was even allowed. When we asked to speak with the owner, he refused. After further discussion, he ultimately hung up on us saying he did not have time for this “nonsense.” Mistakes can happen, but serving frozen food and refusing reasonable resolution — especially with rude customer service — is unacceptable.
