  "I visited this Subway today around 1 PM, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The staff member refused to add any custom ingredients, even though I offered to pay extra. She just picked the standard toppings and didn’t even listen to my requests. It felt like a 'take it or leave it' situation. I’ve always known Subway for its customization, so this was really unexpected and frustrating. I ended up just taking the sandwich and leaving. I hope management can address this, because it’s not the kind of service I’ve come to expect from Subway."

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The food quality was poor, the service was rushed and unfriendly, and the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable. What stood out the most was how the owner/management treated employees. Staff were spoken to rudely in front of customers, which felt unprofessional and awkward to witness. This kind of behavior affects both employee morale and the customer experience. Customer service should be respectful, both toward guests and employees. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I would not recommend this location unless major improvements are made in management attitude, service, and overall standards.
