- LSLola SanchezFeb 22, 20261.0Today, Sunday the 22nd, at 2:30 PM , I came for two sandwiches. The person who served us didn't seem to want to work, and his personal hygiene was “awful” he probably hadn't washed her hair in a week or maybe more. That's important. I definitely don’t want to back.

I spoke to her gently multiple times, but she kept being rude and disrespectful. I honestly think there might be an issue, because it feels like she has selective hearing—she only listens to what she wants. She really needs to be retrained on customer service. Subway, do better.
