  Very poor customer service. Will not go ever agin to this location for food. They need to learn the customer service and being respectful to everyone.

  On Saturday, November 15 at 5:36 PM my friend and I went to New York fries. I made an order for a small poutine and asked to use my gift card, the blonde girl working the till (Christine) immediately sighed and then said the gift card doesn’t work even though I just used it and it has money on it and instead of helping she just stood there and was like “yea idk what you want me to do but it doesn’t work” neither of the employees figured out how it worked and decided to just stare at me instead until I pulled out my debit card. Pretty awkward. Then my friend ordered her poutine after me. When Christine asked if it was for her or to go my friend responded with “to go”. BEFORE they even made the poutine my friend said actually sorry could I switch it to here, Christine grabs the recipe throws it on the tray to us and didn’t even acknowledge my friend saying could I have it for here please. She’s a very rude person, very poor customer service and we did not appreciate her at all. Would like for management to make this right.

  This was my first visit to New York Fries, and unfortunately, it was a letdown. I ordered the large truffle fries with extra cheese and chicken on top, expecting a flavorful treat. Instead, I was served burnt fries with barely any cheese and a disappointing amount of gravy. The quality didn’t match the price or the hype. Very disappointed with the food.
