    Was going to eat in but every table was dirty and the restaurant wasn't busy. When I received my order, my fries were cold.

    Horrible drive through service. There are two lines and we were waiting our turn but 3 other cars from the other lane were serviced before us. We questioned it with the employee and he acknowledged it was his fault and apologised. When we got up to the window to collect our order there wasn’t any communication or acknowledgment from the employee. Also we asked for a tomato on the burger and it wasn’t added to the order. It was 6pm and I understand a rush hour but you are trained for this so I’m not sure why there is a lack of communication or care between the staff members. I can fully understand all the 1 star reviews now. Terrible service at this location.

    Went late to create a board for a girls night. Did not get asked if im collecting points. Asked for extra sauce for the large amount of nuggets I ordered. Stated I would pay for extra dipping sauce and just to throw me an assortment of flavors. Got ZERO sauces. Ordered 2 large fries. They looked half empty. Like they didnt want to make more fries. Manager was in a rush for a smoke break outside in the front. Just awful. Very polite going through the line though.
