It's a McDonald's, food is exactly what you expect just more expensive these days. Service is great if you have the right staff otherwise it's hit and miss.

I’m a regular customer at this McDonald’s location. I come in almost every other day with my three colleagues, and we usually buy food and spend time there. However, I had a disappointing experience today that I feel needs to be shared.
For the first time, I brought in food from a different place while my colleagues still ordered from McDonald’s. I was unaware of any policy against bringing outside food, there are no signs posted, and I’ve never been told before.
Unfortunately, one elderly women staff member approached me in a very rude and loud manner in front of other customers, telling me I couldn't bring outside food in. Rather than politely explaining the policy, I was publicly embarrassed. It was unnecessary and upsetting, especially considering how often I support this location.
I completely understand if there are rules in place but basic courtesy and respect go a long way. A simple, polite explanation would have been enough.
I hope the management considers training staff on how to communicate with customers more professionally. No one deserves to be treated disrespectfully, especially in public and over an honest mistake.
