  I ordered a 4 piece combo and requested no legs and I give her a tip. I drive a couple of kilometers to work and open the box and my order has 2 legs in it. So wrong!! I drive back to kfc and ask for her name and she refuses to give it to me. I asked for my money back and the manager appears and tells me she is sorry. Date January 09/2026 at 8 10 pm. No excuse for this to happen. I requested no legs twice and the first time she says ok and th second time she said "of course". This girl shouldn't be working there! The first time I ordered there a couple of weeks ago I went to the cash register and tried to order and she wouldn't take my order unless I paid cash. She is not a very pleasant person and shouldn't be in the customer service industry. She comes to Canada in the hopes of having a better life and doesn't even try to do her job correctly. Terrible behavior and experience. Next time she comes to serve me I'm going to turn around and go to a different restaurant.

  I did order on uber eats at 1:45AM and it was a small order so I wait from 1:45 to 2:28 and there was maybe 4 drivers got there and did not receive my order and they cancelled after 40 min wait If they don’t want to accept the order why uber eats is open ?

  Food was over 30m late. Got email saying send feedback. I did and was told "a rep will contact you shortly." Been almost two months. Nothing. Haven't been back since because of that. I might've just gone to a different location, but going out of your way to say we'll contact you then lying, yeah no more KFC

  I visited the drive-thru around 7:40 p.m. and placed an order for two 2-piece chicken box meals. I specifically requested fresh chicken and was informed that it would take approximately 28 minutes to prepare. I fully understand and accept reasonable wait times for freshly cooked food. However, the staff member stated that she could not request fresh chicken from the chef because “he takes his own time” and implied that my request could not be accommodated. Her tone and attitude were unprofessional, and she ultimately stated that she could not help me. I was surprised by this response, especially as I work in the same industry and have never experienced or witnessed such behavior toward a customer. The issue was not the wait time, but the lack of willingness to assist and the dismissive attitude shown. This experience was disappointing, and I genuinely feel sorry for the owner, as this level of customer service does not reflect well on the business. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve future customer interactions.

  Always slow. Extremely slow. Staff always unhelpful. Today apparently there is a new feature, if paying with debit/credit you MUST PAY at the self serve. They will not help you at the counter no matter what. I went to find the bucket combo I wanted, I couldn't find it. The next staff member could not find it. The next staff member spent 5mins looking for it and finally found it. All to avoid assisting me at the front counter. Will not be returning, I shouldn't be forced to use the self serve when the store has no line up in the middle of the day. Not a customer focused company!
