  I went to Tecumseh kfc location for 2 go buckets and 2 piece chicken when I reached home I saw the chicken was raw I went back to the kfc and the manager farouk hazami said its fresh and after he said it gonna take 15 mins but right after 3 mins he reheat the food and give us the food but we decline to get the food,he stared yelling and started saying people like you do this everytime at location. Everything he said was recorded and he was not giving a refund aswell he was rude and not understandable if you don’t want to work you don’t have to FAROUK HAZAMI(the manager). Worst place will not go back there and the management show also focus before hiring or giving the managers position, don’t give the manager position who don’t deserve it. 0/10 food and service

  Everything moved smoothly from start to finish. The service was prompt, and the food was very enjoyable

  We stopped coming her cause the staff was so rude, impatient and one we were told for two people we needed one fork , but decided to try again. They got a new staff member who took our order , read back the whole order on point ! Was funny super friendly ! Our entire order was correct , we actually had dipping sauce , two forks !!!! And wait for it …napkins! Our food was hot and didn’t feel like we inconvenience someone! Kudos to the new drive-thru guy you deserve a raise or paid day off you are awesome at your job !

  I walked in to the kfc to be waiting on then I get told that i have to do the work myself to order the food then they tell me that I have a choice to either wait for the food or get something i don’t pay for at is less money and then I request to talk to the manager and they don’t even come out to talk to me. It’s already been 1/2 hour. The worst customer service ever.

  Horrible! 10 minutes at the drive thru speaker to be told I have to come inside. Not even 1 minute after parking I'm standing in line and they are serving the drive thru now?? Fast forward 15 minutes and still waiting for my son's food they say they don't have my order in the system 😒 but I have my receipt in my hand . I know nothing will come through this but this is exactly why KFC is not recommended anymore when talking about fast food chicken
