- GBG BFeb 10, 20261.0I ordered the new Matty Matheson chicken sandwich and poutine. The sandwich was just ok. I didn't care for the sauce or onions. Not worth $11+tax. The Matty poutine had No brown gravy!!!! Also when I went in to pick up my online order, who I believe was the manager, was eating, what looked like a piece of chicken. When he saw me waiting at front counter he immediately started walking from the drive thru area towards the stainless steel back counter area, where he placed his half eaten chicken on the stainless steel counter/prep area? Then he grabbed a piece of brown paper towel which he tore off of the roll, to wipe hos greasy fingers. He then asked what I needed and I said mobile order. I was going to say something but I didn't want a confrontation. But employees shouldn't be eating in front of customers and then placing their germs on clean prep areas.

This time though they didn't put an item in my order that comes with this order. You can't call them negate the phone never goes through or hangs up. I'm gonna have to get ahold of corporate to deal with this nonsense.
