  I typically don’t write reviews for fast food establishments because of their generic and dispassionate service. However, I was so floored by the “Four Seasons” service of one of their staff, that I was compelled to write. Last Tuesday I was trying to put in an online order on my app, while inside the store. The counter clerk saw that I was struggling to order from the app. She promptly and proactively brought me to the counter and took my order. She was sincere, and genuinely enjoyed her job. I don’t remember her name. She had a Bangladeshi accent. It’s always refreshing to see people take pride in their work.

  I went to Dougall kfc location for 2 go buckets and 2 piece chicken when I reached home I saw the chicken was raw I went back to the kfc and the manager farzana said its fresh and after she said it gonna take 10 mins but right after 1 min she reheat the food and give us the food but we decline to get the food,she stared yelling and started saying people like you do this everytime at Tecumseh location. Everything she said was recorded and she was not giving a refund aswell she was rude and not understandable if you don’t want to work you don’t have to FARZANA(the manager). Worst place will not go back there and the management show also focus before hiring or giving the managers position, don’t give the manager position who don’t deserve it. 0/10 food and service

  Stopped by this KFC location and had a really good experience. The staff were friendly, the order was prepared quickly, and everything was fresh and hot. The chicken was crispy and well-seasoned, and the fries and gravy were exactly what I was craving. The restaurant was clean and the service felt smooth from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Great experience at KFC on Dougall Road! The chicken was hot, crispy, and fresh, and the fries were perfectly cooked. Friendly staff, quick service, and a clean restaurant. Definitely one of the best KFC spots in Windsor!

  My family has been repeat customers at this location for 30 years and we’re appalled by how they handled their business regarding a BOGO deal they didnt uphold, they charged my Dad for the second bucket of chicken on their deal and refused to give a refund when confronted with the receipt for buy one get one free. When we tried to go back the next day they were incredibly rude and refused to even acknowledge their mistake, they kicked us out when we asked for their manager and threaten to call the police
