  You don’t get ketchup or napkins unless you ask. The food quality was poor and didn’t feel freshly made. It was served hot, but not crispy — it honestly tasted like it came straight from a microwave rather than a kitchen. The chicken pieces also seemed smaller compared to other locations. I’m writing this while eating, and out of four pieces, only one felt freshly cooked. I definitely won’t be coming back..

  Went to order, there was no line at the counters and a decent line at the kiosk. The employees were just pouring drinks for them selfs and giggling. ( was told no orders at counters. kiosk orders only). We waited in line for at least 20 mins to the kiosk and finally got to place our order, and then we get told that there's going to be at least a 20-minute wait on spicy chicken. Im not sure why theres such a long wait when employees are litterally just hanging out. It felt like they wanted us to cancel our order. If the kiosk line is massive, they should really serve customers at the counter. It's pretty sad you can wait for about 40 minutes and not even get food very disappointing. Dont think I'll come to this location again. It was very disappointing.

  Terrible service, don’t know what staff are doing. Ordered 2pc combo chicken，no fries and no popcorn. I don’t know why paying 16 dollars for only 2pc chicken and corn. The corn looks no fresh because there are two kind of colors. Really disappointed, pls train staff working with brain!!!!!!!!!!

  Whole family been ill 🤒 for last few days after ordering for the family. We got a bucket and popcorn 🍿 chicken 🍗. We have all non stop 🛑 running to the 🚿🛁 bathroom. If it was one maybe 🤔 chalk it up to something other then the food. All of us. Emplore the manager go over safe storage , preparation and food handling will be recommending a visit from the health department 🏬. Regular customer never had a bad experience since this day.

  I have to say it's the most disgusting chicken. I've had in a long time. Slimy, it's supposed to be 3 pieces of white. It tastes like eating. I pulled pork, it came apart and like string and all saturated, in like thick, fat pieces, it was disgusting, didn't even get a napkin. How these restaurants still serve people without a fork and a napkin? I don't think I'd be back there in a long time
