  Loved the food at KFC! The chicken was crispy, flavorful, and served hot. Fast service and a clean environment. Definitely coming back!

  I visited the KFC on Huron Church and had a good experience overall. The place was clean, the staff were polite, and my order was prepared fairly quickly. The chicken was fresh, hot, and tasted just the way KFC is known for. There was a bit of a wait during busy hours, but the service was still organized. Overall, a decent spot if you’re craving KFC.

  Dear KFC Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at one of your KFC members , specifically at the drive-thru. The service was extremely slow, and there was no clear reason for the long delay. The staff member handling the drive-thru demonstrated poor customer service and ineffective communication. I had already clearly stated my order, yet I was repeatedly asked the same questions ”, which made the interaction frustrating and unnecessary. The overall experience felt unprofessional, with noticeable delays, lack of attentiveness, and poor communication. A drive-thru is expected to be efficient and clear, but unfortunately, this was not the case. I was left waiting for a long time without proper explanation, which was very disappointing. Due to this experience, I did not feel satisfied at all, and I would not recommend this location to others unless improvements are made, especially in staff communication and service efficiency. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve customer service standards at this location.

  Ordered the 2 for $5 spicy wraps. They are small. I took a bite of the first one and realized it was not spicy. It was regular. So I went back. Offered to give them both and they only took 1(unopened) They then said they would only replace 1 of the wraps because I “ate” the second. Even though I still had half left. Just avoid this location all together. If they’re willing to piss off a customer over a single chicken strip, wrap, sauce and lettuce than I could only imagine how bad the quality of kitchen/food is. Atrocious customer service. DO BETTER

  Ordered the “6 Piece Original Recipe Chicken Bucket $25.19 6 pieces of our 100% Canadian farm-raised and hand-breaded Original Recipe chicken.” There was some much batter, you could not tell what part the chicken the piece was from. Finally determined there were 3 wings and 3 breast. No dark meat. The chicken was very dry. As I was hungry I ate 3 pieces and tossed the rest. I goes to show another fast food owned by foreigners, as the staff appeared to be, more than likely work permit holders, that their bottom line is money and not quality. Also why do I have to use the order kiosk instead of the counter when I’m paying by card. I would not recommend or return to this location period.
