We went through the drive-thru and ordered two burgers and a chicken wrap. We live only 10 minutes away, yet when we got home, everything was ICE COLD — not “slightly warm”… ICE cold. It honestly tasted like the food had been sitting out all day waiting for someone unlucky enough to order it. The beef and chicken were dry, rubbery, and completely tasteless. The amount of mayonnaise they dumped on my burger was beyond disgusting. It wasn’t a topping — it was a flood. The bun was soggy, the lettuce was limp, and the entire thing was basically a wet mess. Now let’s talk about the fries. I paid for a side and literally counted them. NINE FRIES. NINE. For a $37 bill, that is absolutely insulting. And the cherry on top? The pop was completely flat. No carbonation at all. Might as well have handed me tap water and called it a day. We ended up throwing the food in the garbage because it was inedible. When you pay $37 for food, you expect at least the bare minimum: hot, fresh, and edible. Instead, we got careless service, cold food, and laughable portions. Tasteless. Careless. Wet. This place needs serious quality control and staff that actually care about what they’re serving. Avoid this location unless you like wasting money and throwing dinner straight into the trash.
