She consistently greets every customer with a genuine smile and always takes the time to ask if anything else is needed, which truly enhances the dining experience. Ruksana is an incredibly kind, polite, and attentive person. During my visit last week, the restaurant was extremely busy due to a heavy rush. Even though my donuts were slightly delayed because of this, she personally brought them to me in the dining area once they were ready. This thoughtful gesture showed her dedication to customer satisfaction and her willingness to go above and beyond. Her positive attitude, patience, and professionalism make a noticeable difference. Employees like Ruksana are a true asset to Harvey’s and set a high standard for customer service. Truly commendable and highly appreciated.
