The food was incredible — fresh, flavourful, and served hot. Every dish tasted like it was made with care, and the portions were perfect. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a good meal. But what truly made the night unforgettable was Abby, our waitress. She went above and beyond from start to finish. Abby is one of those rare people who genuinely loves what she does — friendly, patient, always smiling, and super attentive without ever feeling rushed. She checked in at the perfect times, made great recommendations, and really made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Her energy honestly elevated the whole experience. If every restaurant had an Abby, dining out would always be this amazing. Highly recommend this East Side Mario’s location. Can’t wait to come back!!

The potato bacon soup is awesome 👍🏼 had penne pasta with chicken and it was quick and tasty. It was a great dinner with the atmosphere not too loud even with it being packed. Had a good birthday dinner. Our waitress was very kind and efficient. Thanks 👍🏼
- JNJC N6 days ago4.0Our grandson chose this restaurant for his special supper. Sunday at 4:30 was extremely busy plus we had to wait for wait staff to come in at 5 o'clock. The The restaurant had numerous large parties booked. Wait time was at least 45 minutes to 1 hour +. Our server was very quick in bringing out our drinks and bread and came to check on us 4 times. My food was barely warm but my husband and grandson's meals we fine. Our server asked us how our meal was but I couldn't teller her it was cold I just ate it. I didn't want to wait any longer. We had been there for quite awhile by this time. I think the restaurant this night took on too much to handle with the amount of guests and skip the dishes( take out) some thing definitely has to give with is quality.

Going out lately it seems some can lose the art of serving and just want you to fill the seat pay the bill and leave. That was not the case for my table. Our server was more then happy to meet our accommodations and he did it with a smile. The meal and service was impeccable

This offended the woman of color bartender. This is the norm in the 100's of restaurants I have been to. I was ignored for over 30 minutes. Finally, someone came over and offered me a drink. When I finished, I was interested in ordering something but again so many servers went by me, and the manager saw me a few times, but I had to wait about 45 minutes. After that was not interested in ordering anything. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS PLACE IN A VER, VERY, VERY LONG TIME!!!
