I placed my order (number 16) and then watched as customers with order numbers as high as 27 received their food. This meant at least 11 people were served before me, even though they ordered after I did. To make matters worse, I waited over an hour for my $30 order. The staff seemed disorganized and were speaking in languages I couldn't understand, which made me feel even more disconnected from the service. Overall, the wait time was unacceptable, and the service was subpar. I will not be returning to this location.

What irks me is that I waited 15 minutes for one Whopper Jr and, while waiting, another customer that came in after me got his order, which was just as much. I saw my burger ready and waiting to be given to me. I had to say something, which was difficult because they were busy and I took my chance after the customer behind me was served first, and the worker just said "oh, what's your name?". Also, after leaving the couple behind me that ordered almost ten minutes after me got their food immediately after I asked for mine. My burger was cold and not what I expected to get using my rewards points. This is the second time this location has had issues with large volumes of customers. You need to staff your stores better. It's incredibly frustrating to see your food sitting getting cold and other people after you are getting fresh items.

Tonight I ordered the impossible Whopper combo, the patty was barely cooked, asked for heavy pickle heavy onion and got no onions. Fries are inedible literally soaked in oil, like you take a bite of it and oil squirts out. Not sure if it's under new management or what but, get it together.
