  This location in the mall is absolutely useless. 4th time on a weekend and again they have no veggie options. I have never been able to order food here! I dont know why I keep trying! Such a Waste of time in the line. Why dont you guys put up a sign there are no veggies? So people dont waste their time talking to the staff. So useless!

  I understand why this place not busy after i order food , the guy doing taco with no experience, rude attitude, no smile . Food taste is not good , its mucho burrito fresh mexi grill , its not fresh %100

  Terrible experience at this location. If there was a “negative” rating, I would’ve given it. I ordered a large Mucho Burrito, and the person making it rolled it into a ball. Everything I asked to be added was barely included—practically nothing. Even when I requested “regular” portions, I was told it would cost extra. My burrito ended up costing $25 even though I didn’t ask for anything extra. I’ve been to other locations for a Mucho Burrito, and this was by far the worst experience. When I asked why my burrito was rolled like a ball, the staff argued with me and rudely demanded that I show them how to roll a burrito properly. This is completely unacceptable customer service. Staff should be trained to treat customers with respect, listen to requests, and serve food properly without arguing. No customer should feel disrespected or bullied for asking simple questions about their order. If next time I notice same issues, I will report them to local health authorities or consumer protection agencies.

  I got my bowl prepared today by one of the workers at Mucho Burrito, and it was a really disappointing experience. She treated me poorly and wasn’t listening to what I wanted. She kept adding very small amounts of everything, even after I mentioned it to her. In the end, I paid almost $20 with the drink, and all I got was a little rice with leftover-looking veggies. It was truly an awful experience, and I wouldn’t recommend visiting this location. Thank you—just needed to rant it out.

  Absolute worst. I ordered a large burrito and the guy wrapped that in the shape of a ball after taking 30 mins to create it. How am i supposed to eat that? Gulp it whole? When I confronted him with his wrapping skills he is asking me if I know how to wrap a burrito. November 23 2:00 PM
