I ordered a large Mucho Burrito, and the person making it rolled it into a ball. Everything I asked to be added was barely included—practically nothing. Even when I requested “regular” portions, I was told it would cost extra. My burrito ended up costing $25 even though I didn’t ask for anything extra. I’ve been to other locations for a Mucho Burrito, and this was by far the worst experience. When I asked why my burrito was rolled like a ball, the staff argued with me and rudely demanded that I show them how to roll a burrito properly. This is completely unacceptable customer service. Staff should be trained to treat customers with respect, listen to requests, and serve food properly without arguing. No customer should feel disrespected or bullied for asking simple questions about their order. If next time I notice same issues, I will report them to local health authorities or consumer protection agencies.

She treated me poorly and wasn’t listening to what I wanted. She kept adding very small amounts of everything, even after I mentioned it to her. In the end, I paid almost $20 with the drink, and all I got was a little rice with leftover-looking veggies. It was truly an awful experience, and I wouldn’t recommend visiting this location. Thank you—just needed to rant it out.
