  I had the best experience here! Joëlle was our waitress and she was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and genuinely so kind. She gave amazing recommendations and made our whole experience even better.

  Went for lunch and had Jen as our server. Definitely the best service we’ve ever had at a restaurant. We didn’t have to ask her for refills or more bread, she was always on top of it. She was very kind and made our meal very enjoyable. We will definitely be back because of her service!

  If you want good food and service go somewhere else, not the best. Had chicken remade for 2 meals in the same table, what a shame. Manger comes in and offers to remake the dish which was ok, by the time we get our food again we were full. A few minutes later my wife got sick, told the manger and she apologized.... That's it. Still gave a tip lol

  We were excited to go to Eastside Mario’s. We hadn’t been there in a long time and remembered enjoying the food. The food was still very good, but everything else about the experience was a huge disappointment. There were plenty of open tables, but we had to wait well over a half hour to be seated. The hostess said they only had two waitresses working so she had to stall to seat us. (The waitresses were working to keep up, but they obviously needed help.) While we waited for a table, the lobby filled up with additional potential customers. Several of those other people gave up waiting for a table and walked out. Eastside Mario’s lost out today on several sales… And we won’t be repeat customers.

  Arrived today (Sunday at 12:30) and was seated quickly-table of four. Sat for well over thirty minutes with nobody coming to serve. Including our table there were four in the main dinning room. It wasn’t busy at this time. Lots of staff. One standing fanning herself, both of the cooks in the kitchen screwing around on their cell phones (no orders being cooked at that time). Manager on duty refunding an over charge to the table beside us and he didn’t even check on us after walking by three times to handle refund. Table that was there before us still had menus also and no drinks. Finally gave up and left. We should have already been done eating!!! Not sure why all of the servers running around couldn’t serve our table and the other two tables that sat waiting forever with no service. It was really sad. But hey, if you don’t need our business we will gladly go elsewhere. We got the point loud and clear!!
