  Was given 10-star service by a worker named Yug Patel. I was craving ice cream and called 5 minutes before closing to ask if it’d be OK to order 2 blizzards and pick them up 10 min late after closing. Yug took the order, made the blizzards properly with good quality, and was very patient and nice when we arrived, even though it was past closing. This was top tier service given the fact that he had no obligation to take the order that late. I’ll definitely be bringing repeat business here.

  Came today with a coupon for buy one get one $1.99 blizzards. We asked ahead of time to ensure they were able to apply the deal before ordering, to which they said that they could. There were two people in front of us in line, and both of them took quite a while as they had their orders messed up and had to get them redone. When it came to our turn, I noticed they had put whipped cream on my blizzard, which I had asked them not to do, so my partner told them “sorry, if it’s possible we don’t want whipped cream on that”, to which the employee (who wasn’t wearing gloves, nor did he wash his hands after touching the window before doing this btw) took the spoon from my cup, used it to wipe off the whipped cream, put the same spoon back in the blizzard and handed it back to us. Ontop of this…they didn’t give us the deal that they said they could give to us and we had to pay full price. At least the food tasted good.
