  My family and I love this place compare to the others in the Windsor area. Their Blizzards are always full, their ice creams always have that Dairy Queen top and the service is top notch. The kids that they have working there are friendly and quick with the food and ice creams. This is our go to Dairy Queen.

  Absolutely worse Dairy Queen I have ever dealt with!!! I have been a long time customer there only because it’s the closest one to my home and my family enjoys it, but I’d honestly rather drive the 20-30 mins to get to the other side of town than to deal with the one in Tecumseh. I usually get the same two exact orders one being two Blizzards one small and med, easy enough right? Well not really since no joke I have been charged 5 different prices for the exact same order!!! Some charge me $14, 15, 16, 18 and sometimes $19 I have questioned this multiple times but nobody can give me a straight answer on the price difference. I’ve also tried to order kids meals with an upgrade from fries to poutine which never seems to be an issue at any other restaurant as I am willing to pay the extra of course. I have had multiple people say no problem it can be done and I’ll pay about $13 for the kids meal. Then other days when I try to order it I get told they can’t do it there’s no way possible then try to charge me $26 for almost the same order as I get for $13. I have no idea who is running this place and why they are so inconsistent but I have never had so much trouble ordering at any other restaurant. I literally cringe when my family asks for it because I don’t know what kind of issues they will give me when ordering that day. I’ve now decided it’s not worth going to the Tecumseh Dairy Queens anymore, I’ll drive down to Amherstburg, LaSalle anywhere else where they still know how to service their customers properly and on a consistent level.

  We ordered through the drive thru on Feb 12 in the evening and the staff were so friendly and they made our blizzards with so much love. My husband and I were very happy we want them to know they made our night. The blizzards were 12/10 😊
