- KBKlodia Bola2 days ago1.0I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. I understand this is fast food, but that shouldn’t mean the quality drops this low. The food did not seem fresh at all, and cleanliness is clearly an issue that needs attention. It’s concerning when you can’t trust that what you’re eating has been prepared properly. What makes this even more frustrating is that this isn’t the first time—it’s been every time I’ve ordered from this location. At this point, it feels like a consistent problem rather than a one-off bad experience. There’s definitely room for improvement here. Customers expect quick service, but also basic standards like fresh ingredients and a clean environment. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on making things better, because right now, it’s just not acceptable.

Had them re-do a burger that they messed up. she had attitude and made it sound as if she was doing me some sort of favour. When she remade the burger, she drenched it in ketchup, the burger was literally swimming/dripping ketchup. At the first bite, ketchup split all over my kids new cloths. This was upsetting because we were out of the house for the remainder of the afternoon! Zero apology given. Refund received. Avoid this location at all cost.
