- AAAshley4 days ago3.0Went through the drive-thru, the girl on cash was super sweet! The food wasn't good though.. The fries were absolutely cold & the chicken nuggets, I personally found them to have chemically flavor. I personally wouldn't go back..

- BRBrian ReynoldsMar 22, 20261.0I had a terrible experience at this location shortly before Christmas 2025. The manager was rude, would not listen, and I ended up with a burger I did not order. I've been trying to reach out to the management team since then, and they have yet to reach out to me. I'm guessing they don't care. All other Burger Kings in the area are friendly, have great customer service, and really strive to let me "Have it my way.' There are two other locations near by that offer much better service, so I would suggest passing on the Walker Road location.
- RRRyanMar 14, 20261.0So you see me waiting in your store for 10 minutes… I get it stuff happens, but you’re telling me to wait another minute as you grab the flow of drive thru customers before helping myself who was trying to dine in. The usual manager was there and he’s usually pretty cool but whoever the new girl was working on march 14th had awful customer service. Go to Wendy’s just down the road where they won’t serve you Luke warm food and make you wait 15 minutes before placing your order. Worst bk location by far
