  On Saturday November 15th I went in to Swiss Chalet at 4211 Yonge Street and talked with a Ms Sim. Told her I had talked with assistant manager Sara and had spoken with manager Patrick Ng to place an order for 20 different dinners for a meeting that I was having the next day at 3:30. We would pick it up at that time. I had someone pick up the orders and when we received them all 20 orders were correct, not one mistake. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wanted excellent food and service. Can’t thank Patrick enough. Well done.

  It is festive time at Swiss Chalet. It comes with a scratch card and every card is a winner. It is nice to get out with friends and enjoy a meal with a Christmas atmosphere. The staff and waitress were great. The Restaurant is cozy. There is parking inside the Building. It is free to Swiss Chalet customers. No ticket required. It is a very short walk to the Restaurant. The Garage door will open and exit and entrance is on the West side of the door. Though the Garage door may automatically open.

  I don’t usually go out of my way to leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my appreciation for Ilda. A few of us from work often visit this Swiss Chalet during our lunch break, and it’s always a pleasure when Ilda is our server. She’s taken the time to get to know us and brings a warm, personable touch to every interaction. Beyond delivering exceptional customer service, Ilda adds that extra layer of connection by genuinely engaging with her guests. I can confidently say she’s a major reason we keep coming back. Ilda is truly an asset to this Swiss Chalet location.

  Although it was cold this evening my friends and I decided to go to our favourite restaurant Swiss Chalet. We couldn’t resist the delicious chicken and the mouthwatering signature chalet dipping sauce. We were served by a wonderful server named Flo. She attended to us and met each and every single one of our needs. Her and the other two servers were exceptional. They worked very well together as a team. They were friendly and kind. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The food was hot and delicious. The potato bacon soup was wonderful. Their ribs and festive special was what we came for and of course the chicken. We love Swiss Chalet because of the food but of course what is food without wonderful servers like Flo and her coworkers. Thank you Flo and to your coworkers for making our evening a special evening and one to remember and thank you to Swiss Chalet.

  I visited this restaurant on three occasions where i dined in with my daughter. The waitress surprised me by telling me on each visit that they were out of dark meat, but later showed up at my table with dark meat. In spite of this the food and service were good. Today, I placed an order for two meals online. The food arrived quicker than the estimated time, but the fries were hard and stale. It seems as though they were cooked yesterday and reheated today. It was awful, and the chicken looked dry. I called the restaurant and agreed to have another meal delivered to me. When the new order came, I was prepared to give the delivery person back the original meal so the restaurant could see what they were serving customers. The delivery person knocked on the door and left the food on the ground. I was hopeful the food would be better, but the fries were dry and hard as it was prior. You could tell it wasn't fresh and the meat was dry and hard as well. This was supposed to be my daughters birthday meal. I'm not sure what's happening at this location. Who is managing food quality and quantity?
