    Swiss Chalet at Yonge and William Carson has been a favourite go-to for over 25 years in our family and Carolina has been a big part of that and has been providing service excellence for well over 25 years! Wonderful restaurant and wonderful individualz. Thanks!

    Well this location is always good most of the time that we visit here. Today the food was cold ( the chicken sandwich ) and the fries were over cooked. My girlfriend was very hungry so she ate it and didn’t worry about as most of the time we are here it’s fantastic.

    I had a great experience at Swiss Chalet thanks to Donna. She provided excellent service from start to finish—friendly, attentive, and very professional. She made sure everything was perfect and checked in at just the right times without being intrusive. It really made the meal more enjoyable. Donna is a wonderful example of great customer service, and I hope she gets recognized for the fantastic job she does!

    My family and I visit this location once a week. experience is always the same and it’s because of Flo and Donna.Our family has been eating Swiss Chalet for years we however, go to one location exclusively because of the people who take care of us mainly Donna and Flo. These two are absolutely wonderful. Their customer service is 10 out of 10. The food always comes quick. It’s always served nice and fresh and always welcome my entire family every time we come . Flo and Donna are two very special ladies and make every experience a positive one.

    The best Swiss Chalet ever, my favourite place! Clean , good environment, good quality food, well cooked, and the staff ( employees), they are simply The Best. Very, very friendly and welcoming, very knowledgeable and professional, always checking on customers, interacting with them, always available for any questions or suggestions and always with a beautiful smile! Especially; Flora, Flo, Ilda, Carolina and Hewan.A very special thank you to all of you, you’re the Best!
