  Subway is my go-to for a quick and tasty meal! The sandwiches are always fresh, packed with flavor, and made exactly how I like them. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the service is fast. Great variety of breads, fillings, and sauces. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a healthy and satisfying option!

  I have ate here before and always has been great!! Until I decided to order on line and thats where the trouble began!! Kept adding items on sub I didnt want finally got that done with then wouldn't allow me to pay for it.

  I went into this subway on my way Tobermory over the Xmas holidays and I couldn't believe how much different the product and services are compared to Kitchener Waterloo Subways. The sandwiches were slapped together as poorly as possible with little to no toppings. The employees working had no concept on how a sub is made. I watched the employee make online orders that would be extremely disappointing to get. I reluctantly ordered a sub to later regret it. The bun wasn't fresh, the meat wasn't stored at proper temperatures as I was sick with 20 minutes of eating it. There are no standards at this location and no accountability. Subway should force there franchises to operate with the highest standards, yet they don't. Do yourself a favour and go grab a sandwich at Tims, you'll be glad you did.

  Honest to God, I’ve never seen anything like this at a Subway before. I was denied more vegetables because of what they called a “limit on veggies.” Seriously? My sandwich ended up with one single piece of spinach, two tomatoes, seven tiny bits of onion, and eight small pieces of green pepper. When I asked for more, I was told they couldn’t add any because of this supposed “limit.” It’s a sandwich shop — the whole point is being able to customize your food. I wasn’t asking for extra meat or cheese, just vegetables. Eventually I was allowed a couple more green peppers but this only came with a sacrifice of two pieces of spinach, which eft me with one piece of spinach. Those two pieces of spinach that were removed, were put right back into the spinach container after being all over my sub and ingredients. If this is how Subway is operating now, it’s pretty sad. Definitely won’t be returning to this location.
