  I’ve given this place multiple chances, but they clearly don't understand what "spicy" means. Every time I ask for extra heat, it comes out mild at best. To make matters worse, when I called to let them know the order was wrong, the staff just made excuses instead of trying to fix it. If you actually like Thai heat, look elsewhere—they aren't interested in getting it right or taking feedback.I’ve given this place multiple chances, but they clearly don't understand what "spicy" means.   Great food, great customer service and clean location with clean bathroom. Always judge a place off the cleanliness of their bathroom. Thank you for the good food and service.

  The food and service at this location were awesome. Friendly staff from the moment we walked in the door, and a full belly when we walked out.

  Very disappointed in both the food and service at this location. Have purchased this meal for years and tried my local location. The meal had no sauce and questionable cuts of “chicken”. When I reached out to the store, they told me I could get 50% off my next meal. When I advised that this meal was disguising and 50% is not enough to replace terrible meal, I was told to contact head office to handle the situation. Will NOT be going back and recommend any other location.
