From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made the whole dining experience even better. I ordered the Quarter Chicken Dinner, and it was absolutely spot on. The chicken was perfectly roasted—juicy on the inside with that classic, flavorful Swiss Chalet seasoning on the outside. The Chalet dipping sauce was as delicious as ever, and the fresh-cut fries and warm roll completed the meal perfectly. Caitlyn checked in at just the right times, made great recommendations, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. It’s rare to come across service that good these days. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope to be served by her again! Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great food and even better service.
