The girl working put 2 individual slivers of each topping i asked for had to continuously ask for more, she also barely looked up or spoke- really strange. Ordered a sub for pick up last week which also had barely anything on it. My first negative subway experiences lol won’t be returning to this location unless there’s new staff.

The girl working there didn’t want to be there, was not welcoming and when I asked for some extra lettuce and onion she barely put anything on and had to repeat twice. She wasn’t friendly. My subway barely had any toppings. I asked for a bag to put the subway in and they didn’t have it. We bought 6 cookies and they didn’t have the box. What a disorganized place!! Expected me to carry my subway out in the wrapping paper only in the cold. Ridiculous. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! Needs major improvement on customer service and product availability. Other locations make it so much better and the customer service is way better! I’ll always go to those locations.

I especially want to appreciate Suman — she was very polite, friendly, and patient while taking my order. She made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted and maintained such a positive attitude throughout. It’s always nice to see someone who genuinely cares about customer service. Thank you, Suman, for making my visit so pleasant. I’ll definitely be coming back! 😊
