  Mediocre food and water down coffee ☕️. Ordered evry egg BLT EVM No bacon what's so ever. Heavily laden with mayo. Very disappointed Never again I'll 😒 buy anything from this location.

  It is like any other McDonald's. Easy to order Quick food option. This location is possibly the best on 401 to quickly exit grab food and get back on highway all in less than 5 mins on a good day

  I am very disgusted with the service at this McDonald's. I specifically ordered a hockey hero meal to get the STICK. AND GUESS WHAT I DIDNT GET? THE STICK. Not only that but I waited 10+ minutes in line just to ask a question. I was first in line but no one was at the cash. The lady at the cash could've informed me on the lack of sticks but she didnt. They also could've put a sign. But. They. Didn't. I do not suggest going here. Not a good location.

  The good feedback is so often never shared, but I had to take the time to write today to your teams. I have NEVER been to a McDonalds before where we were greeted by a Team Member, who smiled and welcomed us to the restaurant. Ciro was the Team Lead and he had on sharp professional attire and it was just such an instant uplifting feeling. 11/10. Also the food was hot and we both commented that the burgers seemed extra juicy and delicious. Thank you to Ciro, the Manager Max and the team that prepared our food today. Our son had a great time in the Play Place, it’s great for kids. And I don’t know if it was just the contagious positive atmosphere in the store, but the kids playing together all got along great, made friends and were sad to see each other go. This McDonalds store is doing something right!

  Dear Mike and Stacey Foreman: I’m calling you out because Chris Kempczinski is clearly disconnected from his customer’s welfare. We often come to your McDonald’s after my kids’ activities for a treat. Consequently, my daughter keeps seeing your promotional team Canada hockey sticks, and man does she want one. I said I’d take her out for dinner tonight and get one with our meal. When we placed our order the cashier paused and said “just so you know that meal is about 20$”. I was a little stunned so I asked for a breakdown of how an 8$ Big Mac went up to 20$. Same skinny patties, sugary bun, and flavorizers. I don’t mind your low quality food when it’s affordable, but with all due respect: you are out of touch. Long story short, the cheap toy in the bag accounts for about 5$, don’t isn’t “included” in the meal, it is an expensive piece of cheap plastic very likely made cheaply overseas. What a disgusting way to make money. Shame on Mike and Stacey Foreman - who dare you to go out for lunch with me to a real restaurant and see what the same 20$ gets you at a good place in Whitby.
