    This has become my go-to spot. The food is always fresh and tastes homemade. Honestly, I don’t cook at home anymore because of this place.

    I visited Thai Express around 9 PM this evening to pick up my Uber Eats takeout, and I had a very disappointing experience. The lady working at the counter (and preparing the food) was extremely rude and unwelcoming. She didn’t greet me, didn’t acknowledge me, and just stared when I walked in. When I showed her my order number, she abruptly said that someone else had already taken my order. It was clearly her mistake she didn’t even check the previous customer’s order number or name and just handed my food to him simply because he said he was here for a pickup. Instead of admitting the mistake, she looked at me as if I was lying and barely responded to any of my questions. I had to repeat myself three times just to get a one-word answer. She then prepared my food with visible reluctance, took longer than necessary, and the quantity was noticeably less almost like she split one order into two portions. It felt like she treated me as if I was asking for food for free, even though I had already paid through the app. What made this experience even more disappointing is that I picked up food from this same location last night, and the person serving then was the complete opposite. He was polite, calm, friendly, and genuinely professional. Tonight’s experience was unacceptable, and I hope the management addresses this kind of behavior. Customers shouldn’t be treated with suspicion or disrespect, especially when the mistake was on their end.

    I ordered a Pad Thai and everything was fresh. Staff is friendly and the place is clean. Will be back for sure.

    I bought food for myself and my crew — the basil beef and chicken fried rice were absolutely delicious! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I really liked that they prepared the food right in front of us. The place was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend this spot for tasty food and great service!
