The staff makes you feel like your an annoyance by being there, the dining room is always dirty, it's freezing and one time there were men getting high in the bathroom. It's a place someone in my family requested a gift card for Christmas and I went to purchase on today to be told "we can't do that" definitely disappointing.

He wasn’t answering questions, he was blatantly rude when we asked for more Taco Bell sauce. Overall, dude seemed like he’s built for more of a background role, and not a customer service role. I expect a lot better from a big chain fast food company.
