  We come here often and Josie is amazing She is so friendly and we are always well taken care of. Josie stands out and we request to be served by her. Excellent service!

  There is an infestation of fruit flies on the back wall east Side where we sat- it was covered and spent dinner swatting them away would have left but we were starving ! Arghhhh disgusting must be very dirty in kitchen for there to be so any in the dining area ! Yikes

  Stopped by one evening after dropping off one of my clients. The service was fast, friendly and efficient. Enjoyed my ribs and fries along with a shirley temple with no soda but more orange juice. Just the way I like it!

  I went into Swiss Chalet to order food for my kids and had a very disturbing experience. First, the employee helping me was extremely rude and aggressive when I asked simple questions about the family deal and the sides. Instead of answering properly, he kept telling me to “look at the picture” when I asked for a menu. While waiting for my order, I started watching how the food was being handled. The cook had gloves on but was touching the chicken, then touching cupboards and other surfaces in the kitchen with the same gloves, and then going right back to handling the food again. That is completely unsanitary. To make matters worse, another cook grabbed fries and started eating them with his bare hands. He wasn’t wearing gloves at all. When I pointed this out and asked for my money back, the manager actually argued with me instead of addressing the situation. I have ordered from Swiss Chalet for years and have never seen such poor hygiene and unprofessional behavior. This was honestly shocking to see, and I will not be returning to this location again.

  This is our first time visiting this location and it was the Best Experience we ever had at a Swiss Chalet in years! Food quality, taste and food prep was full Swiss Chalet Standards where other Swiss Chalets are lacking and cutting corners. Service was excellent!! Lini did a great job, quick, efficient service. Keep up the great work. Great job to the chefs, everything was made with care and attention to detail. Thankyou to the manager Ram for doing a great job keeping restaurant standards up🙂 We will be visiting again!! Our new favorite place🙂 There was more food but it didnt make the camera it was that good. Just showing how the salad was made with care.
