With hair all over them .. the potatoe tasted like it was cooked at 9am (my visit was 3pm) I've always loved Swiss chalet... UNTIL THIS ENCOUNTER... This location is the absolute worst. The only good thing about my order was my waitress.... #neveragain

Our waiter was courteous and our meals were served within a reasonable timeframe. I ordered the ribs, which were satisfactory, although they required additional barbecue sauce. Unfortunately, my fries were lukewarm. My daughter enjoyed her quesadilla, while my husband was unimpressed with his wings and loaded fries. My son found his sandwich to be average. The bathrooms appeared clean, and parking was ample. I am uncertain about returning.

She was extremely helpful in sorting out a small mistake with my online order that I had made, and she made the whole interaction feel smooth and pleasant. Her kind attitude was really reassuring. As the food came out quickly, the chicken was juicy and flavourful, and the fries were good as well. Overall, I was very happy with both the service and the food. Great employees at this location. Definitely a spot I’ll be returning to!
