Yesterday I placed an online order for pickup, it said my pickup time was 12:44, when I arrived I waited until 1 before speaking with other people whom were also waiting, some of them had been there over an hour. No one from the staff was communicating with anyone either and the whole time I was there not a single person waiting for their food. Eventually by 1:10 I just left.
