She went above and beyond provided us with everything we requested including water cleanse cups and extra napkins. Her smile was infectious and we hope to see her again ❤️...the food we ordered was all amazing...highly recommend this location for dining 🍽 😀.

I would like to say the Caitlin M has served me on several occasions and she is amazing. Caitlin is fast, efficient, professional and ALWAYS has a smile on her face. The chicken was way over cooked to the point it wasn't edible it was dried out to the point it was hard, the quarter chicken was so small it looked like it came from a chicken. The fries were actually gritty and soggy. Out of 4 quarter chicken meals there was not one that was edible. I got a whole $12 refunded to me as we all sat here starving. Absolutely horrible customer service as well as unedible food . Absolutely disgusting

The floor under the table was messy. Cutlery and napkins on the floor. The server just stared at us, no pleasantries or anything welcoming. Walked away before i finished my sentence " we arent ready to order dinner, but you could take our drink order" she turned and went back to the conversation she was having in the corner before my suggestion of a drink order. 2 adults and a kid, dinner is 78$ after tax....just not seeing the value anymore.
