called in to inquire about 18 footlong subs and inquired about being such a high volume, wanting a little bit of a price reduction but the lady said no, and that I had to come in and physically order 18 subs. I guess she didn't feel like making 18 subs today and doesn't seem to want her manager to make the store money today

I visited this Subway around 6:30 PM, and the experience was disappointing. The staff were unfriendly and rude, and they didn’t seem interested in serving customers properly. They gave very small portions, even after I asked politely for a little more. The attitude felt unprofessional, and they didn’t even say a simple “Have a great day” at the end.
For the price we pay, the service and quantity should be much better. Not satisfied with this visit.

Very disappointed with the service I received today approx 12:00pm. Ordered a cold cut combo with shredded cheese, I then realized she had put it in the toaster so I said I didn’t want it toasted and was told I had said “yes” to toasted which was not the case as I never toast a sub. I said maybe she heard someone else say yes and her response was to tell me to “relax”. Needless to say I was shocked and left. Will never go back to this location

Very disappointed with my experience at this location. I accidentally ordered a turkey sandwich (I'm vegetarian) and called to cancel within seconds, but the staff refused and were extremely rude about it. On top of that, I witnessed an employee preparing food with something that looked like tobacco in their mouth — a serious hygiene concern. Definitely won't be returning.

This Subway location has always been my favourite. I’ve tried other locations and they never put enough sub sauce on it (even asking for extra)!and they were always too dry for me. Today there was a young man there that I’ve never seen before. I had my usual take out, ordered on the app, and even though I asked for mayo and subsauce there was none of either and it was so very dry! Just disappointed as they have always done a great job in the past. I will probably try this location again even though it is not the closest Subway location in the hope I can get it done as requested. Hopefully I don’t get a strike 2 as I have really liked this location in the past!
