But recently the quality has really dropped, especially when ordering through the app. My last order was completely wrong — the bread type wasn’t what I selected, the subs weren’t toasted even though I always choose toasted, and the sandwiches were thrown together with ingredients all over the place. These are basic things and they’ve messed them up multiple times in the last couple of months. I don’t understand what changed, because this location used to get everything right. Now, every time I order through the app, something important is missing or done wrong. It’s frustrating because I keep giving them another chance, and the same mistakes keep happening. I hope management can address this, because I actually like this location and want to keep ordering from here — I just want the orders made correctly like before.
