He would ask how things were, as he was rushing by. Didn't stop to actually ask and listen. The bar was full of used dishes. Just a poor experience all around.

She took the time to chat with us, shared a few fun stories, and even laughed along with us. She checked in often to make sure we were okay, always with a positive attitude and a big smile. Her energy made the whole meal so much better — truly super amazing service. East Side Mario’s is lucky to have someone like Janine! Highly recommend asking for her if you can.

Our first experience at another ESM location years ago was not great, which is why we stayed away from this location thinking it might be the same. The atmosphere was lively, lots of space and very family friendly Our server Praveen was very helpful and ensured our dietary restrictions were met. He also made sure that the children’s meal came first so us adults could enjoy our food when it arrived.
