  Went on a Saturday night around 11pm for some blizzards, staff was young and seemed like a great bunch of people! The service here is always significantly quicker than the other location in Whitby and the employees are 10000x better

  The staff is nice. Great service, and the food is good but I don't recommend eating inside. There is a mould problem or something going on near and in the bathrooms. You can smell it as soon as you go to the seats and the closer you are to the bathroom the worse the smell is. Just looking at the ceiling in the bathroom you can see there's an issue with a leak.

  Went to this Dairy Queen December 23 at around 1:30 in the afternoon. When I walked in there were two families ahead of me. The gal behind the cash was mopping the floor, and another gal was working at the drive thru window. Finally the first customer in the line asked the mopping gal if anyone was taking orders? She replied she would when she finished mopping!!! Finally she began taking orders. I was purchasing Ice cream logs which I have been giving as Xmas gifts, finally it was time for my order and I was going to purchase 3 log cakes, however when I finally saw the cakes - which were in a locked cabinet, they were so unattractive that I only took one because I was on my way to give it as a gift and had no choice. I went to the Oshawa location later in the day to purchase the other two logs and the customer service was excellent and the logs were beautifully decorated. Will not be visiting this Whitby location ever again!!
