  Ordered a blizzard and was happy to be over flowing but no lid and no napkins provided in the drive thru. Did not notice due to the line until I left (once again not mad about the amount quantity but what do you do with that sticky mess?). I called and Hailey the supervisor told me that they only give out napkins when asked. So if you order from here, she has made it clear to ask for napkins or else they will not provide. Damn. I wasn’t mad and didn’t notice at first but that answer is not okay for cutting cheap corners. If you give people overflowing ice cream help them out 🤷‍♀️

  Went to get a peanut butter parfait and this location charges per layer extra fudge $1.39 and it looked the same as with regular I called the Oshawa DQ and they charge extra for the item as a whole not per layer definitely will not be returning $7.49 +$1.39×3 rip off! Also bought a Carment confection so it was $23 for two ice creams that is the first time ever being charged thst at that location and been going long time.

  Dairy Queen's listed hours claim a 12:15 AM weekend closing, yet at 11:57 PM, the drive-thru was inexplicably closed. This false advertising wasted my time and left me frustrated. To top it off, the staff's rude demeanor screamed of a desperate need for customer service training. A thoroughly disappointing experience—Dairy Queen, do better.

  Nice friendly staff, quick service, clean location, no complaints here. We were the only ones in the restaurant with a few cars in the drive thru and everything was quick and smooth. Everything you should expect from a quality fast food place. We got 2 dipped cones, a caramel sundae, and an oral blizzard... all the classics. Cant go wrong with these items. Def recommend if you're looking for a quick cold treat

  Worst experience tonight, will definitely never be going back. In the drive thru tonight (October 19th 2025 7:45 pm) I ordered a cupfection. I asked if I could get the brownie heated, before the drive thru staff could even answer I got screamed at by a completely different staff in the store screaming “NO” at me. When I commented back saying “wow that was pretty fing rude?” The drive thru staff goes “sorry she thought I was further away then I actually am” I knew that was not the case as there was a HUGE amount of attitude behind that yell. Whatever, pulled up told the employee at the window how rude that staff has been and how inappropriate it was and how it wasn’t about him being far away it was the fact that I was screamed at through the speaker by a completely different staff with a large amount of attitude. I was going to drive away I was so frustrated by how I was just spoken to by a staff I wasn’t even dealing with, luckly I am not one to waste food so I Decided to stay and pay however I was letting the drive thru employee know just how I felt. He started apologizing saying how awkward it was for him aswell and he apologizes. He shouldn’t have been the one apologizing!!! It should have been the RUDE female staff who was screaming for absolutely no reason !!! I also stated how every single DQ I have been to has always heated up the brownie for me with no issues. Seriously it takes maybe 10 seconds to heat it up in their food oven??? Not too sure how this women has a job in customer service if that’s how she reacts to customers she isn’t even dealing with, that employee should be reevaluated in my opinion. Used to be regulars, will never be back because of her and wouldn’t recommend going to this location, just do the extra 4-5 min drive to the Oshawa location. Wish I could give service 0 starts, truly. What I experienced tonight all because I asked for my brownie to be heated was RIDICULOUS!!
