    Taste-wise, the food is good, but there are several areas that need improvement—especially with mobile ordering. The food is never ready at the scheduled time; every visit has required an additional 10–15 minutes of waiting beyond the promised pickup slot. Portion sizes have also been consistently disappointing (this has happened five times so far). I frequently order from the Front Street (downtown) location, where the portions are much more generous in comparison. In particular, the quantity of chicken here is noticeably low.

    Received meat piece in veggie bowl. They need to adjust their veggie fajita bowl near black beans to avoid this mix up. As vegetarian its completely unacceptable for our family. Please fix your standards. 1 more thing packaging is very poor and always end up messing up my car seat with leakage. 1 time everything just fall off from bottom of the bag and we couldn't eat anything

    My wife and I were excited to try Chipotle for the first time. When we arrived, the store was experiencing a gas line issue, which caused about a 40 minute wait for rice. We decided to wait, along with many others. The staff handled the situation extremely well and stayed calm and professional despite the pressure from some unhappy customers. Pooja, if I heard her name correctly, was especially great and made sure those who had been waiting the longest were served first. I wanted to make sure the team received the recognition they deserved. The food was amazing and we will definitely be back. Thank you!🌮

    I had a very disappointing pickup experience today. The employee handling my order was extremely distracted and more focused on chatting than doing her job. She was clearly not paying attention to the instructions at all, which resulted in my entire order being messed up. This wasn’t a small mistake — it felt like she genuinely didn’t know what she was doing because she wasn’t listening or checking the order properly. When customers place an order, especially for pickup, accuracy and attention are the bare minimum expectations. Because of the lack of focus and professionalism, my time was wasted and the experience was frustrating. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures staff are properly trained to pay attention, follow instructions, and prioritize customers over casual conversations. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience was poor enough that I felt it needed to be mentioned so it doesn’t happen to others.
