  Seriously every time I come here I have a bad experience, your employees don’t know proper customer service and the store is filthy Train your staff on how to talk to people. You guys get paid for this. We spend. DO BETTER

  The store is not maintained well. Tables are very dirty, there’s food all over the floors. The staff seem to lack attentiveness to customers waiting even when it’s not busy, they poorly package food and just toss it in the bag with no care

  They were slow to take my order, even though they weren’t busy, I paid extra for the guacamole, but I didn’t get much for the price, they were slow to accept my payment, the tray hadn’t been properly wiped down, the tables were not wiped down, and the floor had food on it. Stick with Fat Bastard Burrito or Mucho Burrito.

  Why even open a Chipotle franchise if you cannot match the quality? Worst location to get Chipotle....I would rather drive 40 minutes to the next location to get quality food.

  I’m honestly really disappointed with this Chipotle bowl. First, the rice was extremely salty. Just genuinely salty to the point where it overpowered everything else in the bowl. It tasted as if the salt shaker slipped, and there was absolutely no balance. On the other hand, the chicken was the complete opposite. It was bland and barely seasoned at all. It tasted like plain, unseasoned meat with no flavour, which made the overall bowl even more frustrating. One ingredient was overwhelming, while the other was completely flat. The vinaigrette didn’t help either. It had zero sweetness, which is the whole point of a vinaigrette. Instead of that slightly tangy-sweet flavour, it tasted like straight oil, salt, and heavy seasoning. It didn’t complement the bowl at all- it made it worse. Overall, the flavours were completely unbalanced and unpleasant. For something that’s usually reliable, this was a major letdown. Definitely not worth the money this time.
