Was very unhappy with the service I will not be eating here ever again and if you want to save your money don't waste it here. I did get a refund but I was hoping for a much better experience. This place doesn't even deserve any ratings in my books 😒

Dined in on December 23rd 2025 @ 6pm. The cashier must have worked at Tim Hortons before and screwed up Double Double orders constantly and now screwing up orders at a place where the motto is *Have it your way* It annoys me when speaking clear proper English language does not soak in properly who could care less. On top of that. They touch there phones and than cash and than handle your food with bare hands. Sticking hands in the pocket.

- DIDeji IbinayoDec 6, 20253.0Would really like to give you a 5star, but i think your staff should do better in supplying paper towels, ketchup, mayo, straws or cutlery, especially for drive through serve. I have on different occasions picked up quick lunches, left the drive-through, and literally could eat because no ketchup. Or finished eating and had no paper towels. I picked up a cup of self serve ice cream today, almost drove away, only to find i had no spoon and paper towel. Please do better. Thanks
