- TRTim RhodesMar 9, 20261.0Upon most all visits to this location, it takes a very, very, very long time to receive an order. It's really expensive with lack of decent management on expedition of orders. I will not be returning because of this, ice cream melts while waiting for rest of order.
- BSbutters sMar 8, 20261.0this location is ridiculous. a few weeks ago, i ordered a cherry sundae with extra sauce. total came to $8. i watched the lady make it and she literally put 0 sauce. my sundae was literally just a vanilla sundae with a drop of cherry sauce. i confronted her saying there’s no extra sauce and she was extremely rude saying there is and i told her i watched her make it, she then rolled her eyes at me and finally gave me my extra sauce. why charge me like $2 more for extra sauce if your not gonna give it and on top of it, we can see you make it? the location on dundas is way better, plus it’s cheaper too and they actually give you what you ask for.

- SMSara MillerFeb 25, 20261.0I’ve been buying my husband DQ cakes, for his birthday, for 20 years now and I have to say the Whitby DQ is the worst. We moved to Whitby 3 years ago. The first year, they spelt his name wrong, last year they made the wrong flavour, and now this year - no message. Birthdays can be so stressful. I don’t need added stress and what is the worst part for me, the staff do not care - each time they just shrug or stare when I say something is wrong. It is only when I’m walking out of the store they offer to fix it and never an apology. I don’t get it and will not be back.
