  The vegetables were burned so black that they looked like they’d give you cancer if you ate them, and the portion was so small that you’d still feel hungry even after eating. The only saving grace was that the staff handled customers fairly well, so it made the experience a bit less unpleasant. I was excited to hear that a Chipotle opened in Whitby, but I noticed it only had a 2.8-star rating and wondered why. After experiencing it today, I’m really disappointed—it’s quite unfortunate.

  Tried here but disappointed with the way how this was handled as they were out with Sour Creme for the day as they did not want to open new pack from the stock even I went there way 40mins early than closing time.

  Wow. Ordered on Uber. Portion size is abysmal. Flavour is non existent. Super chincy on the meat and toppings. This is definitely not the Chipotle I know from 10-15 years ago. What a waste of money. I don't see this place lasting.

  Worst experience at a chipotle, waited in a 20mins line up there were only two people serving food and one person was rushing one person was taking there time. Food was subpar the chips were stale. Atmosphere is nice lots of seating area but after waiting 20 mins for food to be served small portions I didn’t care to eat there.

  I was very disappointed with this Chipotle location at 372 Taunton Rd E in Whitby (Taunton Gardens). Many people have mentioned the small portion sizes in their reviews, and unfortunately, I experienced the same issue. I asked if they could add a bit more rice and beans since my child doesn’t like veggies or other toppings—usually he/she only eats rice, chicken, beans, and cheese., Even when you ask for a bit more the staff don’t seem to care(one of the guy), and the portions remain minimal. It simply doesn’t feel worth the price. In contrast, I’ve visited other locations where the staff are much more attentive and generous, often serving portions that meet or exceed expectations. That level of customer service makes a big difference. I wouldn’t recommend this Whitby location. If you’re looking for better service and value, I suggest going to the Chipotle at 5000 Hwy 7 in Markham instead—they provide a much better experience overall.
