  So impressed with the birthday party for my 6 year old. Our hostess (Cassie) was a pro and she did an awesome job making sure the area was clean and the kids had everything they needed. Thank you!!

  I went there to pick up order . Order was not ready. When I picked up, I wanted to see items in bag as they consistently missed items I ordered. When I was about to check, the black lady , so was called Manager identified herself, was extremely abusive as why I should do that. When I was asking as to why she is so rude, she was literally snatching my order, touching my food with dirty stinky hands , she become so rude . I did heard of a lady , now I practically faced it . Owner , be aware ! Your customers deserve respect, not abuses. You should expect good customer experience from that black lady and teach the best ways to do good to your business. I can’t but leave 1 star. I do not recommend because it’s a dirty place to dine in .Sadly

  I will give 0 customer service only because of the that lady who was taking the drive thru order in between 12 30am to 1am 13th march. That lady is so rude and dont know the manners to talk with your customer. Address niagara street mcd.
