  If I could of left a 1/2 star review I would of done it for sure the food was out right garbage and waited almost an hour for greasy food and the worst tasting chicken I've ever eaten if I was one of the owners of this location I would fire everybody and hir all new cooking staff thats how bad everything was I'd advise everybody to go to popeyes chicken or mary browns more money but better food by far then this location

  Very kind staff, the only kfc I will go to in Niagara, tanya and paige served us and we're absolutely beyond amazing to us! We always leave happy!

  I always go to this kfc in Welland because of the great customer service and the food is always hot and fresh I also got really familiar with some of the employees and I just want to say great customer service from Paige who was the cashier today and also Tanya they display great communication and great team work with a smile keep up the good work

  I loved visiting this location of KFC. The staff was so courteous, friendly and informative, specially a lady named Paige. They understood my requirements easily and suggested me their recommendations which was apt. Appreciate it.

  A pre order was placed and our large pick up was hot and ready. The service was above and beyond with friendly cashier/server that ensured all the extras (plates, napkins, condiments and cutlery) were included. They even packaged the large order in a large box for easier transport and offered a carry out. The entire team definitely delivered not only excellent food but tremendous customer service. Thank you all!
