- 77777Nov 15, 20254.0We had a great experience with the Thai Express at the mall location, so when this new location opened, we immediately decided to give it a try. We ordered the Pad Thai, fried rice, and holy basil crispy eggs. We loved the holy basil crispy eggs! ❤️❤️ The fried rice was a bit soggy that day, and the Pad Thai was a little too sweet for our taste. The cashier was very sweet and genuine, and introduced us to all the popular dishes along with any available promo deals. The store décor was on point and felt very tropical.

Both of the orders were much spicier than ordered and difficult to eat (mine was supposed to be medium and was spicy, my spouses was supposed to be spicy and was very spicy). We both had black burnt material within our boxes. My spouses noodles were undercooked. The food was quite disappointing for a new location. The service and cleanliness were great, but I believe the staff require additional training. We have been going to Thai Express for years and this was probably the most disappointing experience as far as food quality and taste has been.
