    Went here on New Year’s Eve around 8pm expecting a bit of a wait because of the day, but ended up waiting 30 minutes for 5 soft tacos. No food left the kitchen for 25 minutes with other customers including delivery drivers waiting in the front while 3-4 staff members were all in the kitchen. Taco’s weren’t great either in comparison to other Taco Bell’s I’ve had.

    I am taking order from that place and served by janvi she treated very well and served a very delecious food and her nature was very politly towards customers. My experience was very good that place. recommend to others

    I really wanted to like the new Taco Bell in Welland, but after multiple visits, I’m officially done trying. Every time we’ve gone, our order has been messed up — missing items, wrong items, or things made incorrectly. The service is incredibly slow, even when the restaurant isn’t busy. On top of that, a few of the staff members have been surprisingly rude. Instead of offering help or fixing mistakes, they act annoyed that you’re even asking. After giving this location more than enough chances, it’s clear the issues aren’t getting better. Really disappointing, especially for a new location. Hoping management steps in and turns things around because we were really excited for Taco Bell to come back to Welland.
