Even when it’s busy they get orders out fast and everything is always made right. One of the best fast-food spots in Welland for sure highly recommend!

The soft, cheesy outer layer with the crunchy taco inside was the perfect combination. Everything was prepared just right, and the portion size was great too. Definitely one of my favourite items from Taco Bell — I’ll be ordering this combo again for sure!

- CCCleoNov 16, 20251.0I don’t know what’s going on at this establishment but y’all need to get it together. I ordered Taco Bell on uber eats for the buy 1 get one free Crunchwrap deal. We also go two combos on the side (cheesy Gordita crunch and two chalupas with fries supreme). Everything we ordered came with maybe a teaspoon of beef and everything was completely soggy. I thought the whole point of a crunch wrap was the crunch. It’s didn’t come any later than it should have and the driver didn’t take any detours so definitely there problem. All the food was cold and tasted like it sat there all day long, for as little sauce as it came with there’s no excuse for that amount of soggy ness. To add my drink with my combo never even came. This place is an absolute joke, I don’t recommend ordering here. Been trying to call for 30 minutes no answer. Do you not have management who picks up the phone??? Wish I could give it 0 stars, this place needs to be shut down by the looks of all the other reviews here. Get it together or don’t have a store at all.
