  My boyfriend and I ordered Swiss chalet for dinner, I got the burger he got the chicken sandwich. I paid extra to add cheese on my burger not only did I not get the cheese I didn’t get a single one of the toppings either just the bun and patty, his chicken sandwich was also missing the coleslaw and mayo. Pretty bland meal.

  Haven’t had Swiss chalet in a while but was craving one of these cheesy bruschetta loaves expecting it to be like the good old days and was very disappointed that it was almost $10 for what I got😩why are there only like 4 pieces of tomato?

  Didn’t want to cook tonight so we went to Swiss chalet on Niagara Street in Welland. We were promptly seated by Tyler, the host. He was super friendly and when I asked for a nice warm spot, he seated us in a booth right under the heat vent. Evynn was our server and she was equally as friendly. Our food came to the table quickly and was nice and hot. I have dined at Swiss chalet on Niagara Street in Welland a couple of times when Tyler was the host. It is amazing watching him seat customers, clean tables and make sure the table is ready for the next group of people, all the while smiling and being friendly to everyone! Keep up the great work. It’s great to see employees who seem to enjoy their job!

  if i could give them a negative i would. food is horrible, the service is awful and whoever does take out is also bad at their job. i have gone here once with my family before and we never went again. the food is never cooked right. we were scared to order takeout but we still did anyway since we didn’t wanna drive all the way up to st catherine’s to get food and of course we were met with disappointment again. the chicken this time, surprisingly, was decent. however when we arrived home we found out they had forgotten to include our mac and cheese, 2 sides of fries and our chalet sauce? how do you forget that many things? and on top of that the fries were not even cooked at all and completely soggy. if you are in welland and craving swiss chalet, just make the drive to the st catherine’s one because it is significantly better than the one here. i just started working at a swiss chalet myself & let me tell you if i was working take out this would have never happened.

  This is a fantastic location! I'm not often fond of going in to restaurants, but the host Tovi made us feel welcomed as soon as we walked in. And our server Jocelyn was simply excellent. She was warm, friendly and got us everything we needed. We hope to be served by her again. And, of course, the food is always delicious. The chicken parm was a standout. Plus the molten chocolate cake is unreal. Overall excellent experience. Highly recommend it.
