  Kids from schools come for lunch and they are loud, swear, talk disrespectful and knocked the ordering screen and it almost hit me in the face!

  Every damn time I come to this McDonald’s to pick up a DoorDash or Uber Eats order, they drag it out on purpose. Walk-in customers always get priority, while delivery drivers are left waiting forever even when the order is already sitting right there on the counter. The staff talk to drivers with pure attitude, like we’re disturbing them by simply asking for the order we’re supposed to deliver. You can say “excuse me” ten times and they’ll just flat-out ignore you. Half the time the food is ready, but they refuse to hand it over and waste another 10–20 minutes for no reason. Today was the worst experience so far. I got the “order ready” notification, but they still made me wait an extra 15 minutes. When I finally asked why they always delay every single order, one guy there started acting like he was the CEO of McDonald’s — full attitude, full ego — instead of just doing his basic job. And instead of giving me the order, he actually tried to threaten me with the police… for what? For asking them to hand over food that was already ready? The behaviour here is unbelievable. Rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Some of them just stand around gossiping while drivers are losing money because of their delays. Delivery drivers don’t get paid hourly — we earn per delivery. When a restaurant takes 30–60 minutes to hand over an order, it directly destroys our income. Meanwhile, the people causing these delays are getting paid hourly no matter how slow or careless they are. This place is a complete nightmare for delivery drivers. Pathetic service, zero respect, and staff with the biggest egos for doing the bare minimum. Absolutely unacceptable.

  Normally I would give this location a higher rating but today the staff behind the counter was not friendly. It was odd because most days the staff are friendly to the kids

  The service is extremely extremely terrible made a mobile order and had to wait basically an hr(50mins) with 4 cars total and nobody allowed inside the store. The woman at the drive through was EXTREMELY RUDE and condescending when I drove up to ask about my food If this is how they’re being trained that is so so awful

  We stopped by here today for a quick breakfast before our busy day. I was appalled by the service we received. I’m Usually pretty understanding as I have worked in fast food for many years. But it took 20 minutes to receive our order. We watched multiple orders go through well before ours. When I asked the girl who FINALLY delivered our order if there was a reason our order toon so long she just looked at me and said “well, the sausage” okay…. Call me crazy but I know it doesn’t take 20 minutes for sausage… no apology for the wait, nothing…. Definitely won’t be back to this location ever again.
