My husband had taken his insulin and expected to eat around 7:30. We needed to give him sugar, and then he had to take more insulin when the food finally arrived. When the food arrived it was cold and stale. All i heard on the phone when i called to store was giggling. This is the second issue we have had with this store. The last time the delivery guy delivered the wrong food and when we called the store, we were told we had to come pick up the food as they had no one to deliver it. My husband and i are not supposed to drive very much, due to health issues. This store is horrible, avoid it at all costs

If for whatever reason they ran out of stuffing and cranberry sauce then they should have said so instead of just giving something else. One time they didn't include gravy, and another time they gave the 4 piece meal when I ordered famous chicken sandwich. I will definitely never be going to this KFC ever again. Get better workers! NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!

I’ve seen workers on their phones which is very unsanitary and unprofessional. I’ve also seen employees fight with customers. Every time we go back we are disappointed. Never going again.
