But when you're paying $18 plus for a meal you want to get your meal proper. You don't want to get it cold burnt. This has been sitting obviously for some time and just so disappointing. Just so disappointed. The cash register lady that was at the drive-thru initially had charged me extra and then wanted to argue with me and then after I had to show her that she was incorrect she refunded for the extra she charged me. Gave me back my money and this is the burger that I'm about to eat. I was so hungry and I'm just so upset jus throw it in the garbage!!!! I wish there is 0 star that's what they deserve horrible

Not so much...price was approximately $4.00 higher than advertised, and when I inquired as to why, I wa told because the cheese and bacon were extras. My opinion is that if someone is using a coupon, they're on a budget and trying to save money, so why the upsell? I much prefer to leave great reviews, but in this case, I simply cannot....and I didn't address the wait in line to even receive the order.
