  I ordered a DQ log cake for my wife for her birthday. When I went to pick up the cake, I presented a $7 off coupon. They refused to accept the coupon, even though it clearly states 'Any DQ or Blizzard Cake'. Somehow a DQ log cake is not a cake in Dairy Queen Land. There was nothing in the fine print saying this (picture attached). I didn't want to make a scene as there were people waiting behind me. The cake was really good though, but this truly poor customer service left a very sour taste in our mouths.

  Brownie and Oreos in my ice cream tasted stale. Customer service is awful. The lady working could care less about anything I said. Didn’t even make an effort to try and help me

  I'd give 0 stars if I could. I've always had amazing things to say about this DQ. But this time sucked. I got a slab cake for 2 of my kiddos birthdays, had happy birthday and their names, plus a photo they chose. We had specific colors for the icing borders. We asked if they could do chocolate on the outside instead of vanilla. They called me 2 days after I ordered - to verify I wanted chocolate instead of vanilla and said they could absolutely do that. They called me again a day before the pick up - left a message- I called back 5 mins later and they said "oh sorry we already made the cake vanilla". 5 mins and they had already done the vanilla apparently. Skip to pick up - so there was a vanilla cake, correct border colors, no names just happy birthday and no photo. I showed them my email that I had asked for these things. They showed me the paper that printed which had none of that on there. So their system errored. Alright, not the workers problem for that. They did nothing. No sorry, no discount, no coupon for next time. Nothing. Checked me out for $54.99...for a cake that only got the border color correct. Do better.
