  I loved the service…I went to this restaurant for a friends gathering and the service was so good. Vanshika is the person who helped us with the orders, such a patient and cheerful young lady. Their speciality food we tried is delicious. Fresh fries and chicken is the perfect combination. Ribs tasted so yumm. I liked their Swiss chalet dipping sauce, perfectly going with everything on their menu. Liked the atmosphere at the restaurant and everything. I appreciate their hospitality.

  Best spot for both take out and dine in. I went for take out in the evening and Manjot served me. She took my order and dealt with me with politeness. Great service and i ordered quarter chicken shrimps with rice. The food was 10/10 and so as their service. I recommend to give a try.

  Went for take out in the afternoon, this is a best location to go for. I was served by Bharti, she was very friendly and very nice. She served me with politeness. I love their chalet sauce and fries. Definitely gonna come back to have it again. Definitely give a shot. Highly recommended.

  Bharti was very pleasant and took my order with ease. It’s a no brainer to attend this location as the take out staff is excellent. Great job today Bharti! Thank you! I especially love the Swiss Chalet sauce as I ordered chicken on a kaiser and I love to dip! Always a quick and tasty meal from this location on the Boardwalk in Waterloo

  I came in with 3 year old grandson on a rainy Tuesday night. I waited at the front for 5 minutes and then went looking for a server. There were 4 or 5 tables with people eating at them, so it was a slow night. We were sat in an area pretty much by ourselves, the closet table to the washroom there is. Server came over 5 mins later to take our drink order and I said we would like to place whole order as the three year old won't sit forever. I ordered our food and specifically asked for chalet sauce for three year olds French fries. When food came out 20 minutes later the fries were Luke warm and I had to ask again for the sauce. We ate and I put the dishes all piled up on the edge of the table. Not once while we were there did the waitress come and ask us if everything was OK. Did we need refills or anything. After waiting again, I got up and went and asked for our server to bring our bill. When she came out I mention that we would take our sons dessert for take out. He wanted donuts with sprinkles. We got the donuts....no sprinkles. And when did you stop giving out tge bowls with lemon in it? 5 tables two or three servers and over an hour for a simple chicken meal.
