- SIsharokina ishoApr 20, 20261.0There was literally a fingernail in my food as I was eating the great Canadian; I noticed because it was hard, crescent shaped and literally YELLOW. I was so disgusted, retched and threw this sandwich out. Canada Health Inspection Agency should shut this place down, they have nullified the ideals of cleanliness and it's apparently so..🤮🥴

The tables are dirty, the lettuce and vegetables are rotten and brown and the person making my sandwich pushed down on the garbage that was overflowing in the garbage hole they have where they make the subs! Touched the garbage then touched my food, unacceptable! No customer should have to see your food get contaminated and it is absolutely unacceptable. Don’t recommend this branch unless you are looking to consume garbage contaminated food and witness poor food safety handing.

When I brought it to the staff’s attention, I was told it was “just an herb,” but it clearly did not look like an herb. The way this was handled was dismissive and unprofessional. I hope management takes food safety and customer concerns more seriously.

Although they had an abundance of white bread. Let’s mention when I arrived they told me to wait 5 mins to order so they could complete their side duties , while ignoring 4-5 customers before me. Owners do a better job to train. Absolutely not employees fault!
