  Great experience at this Subway! The staff were friendly, the ingredients were fresh, and my sandwich was made perfectly. The store was clean and service was quick. Definitely coming back

  I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location in Waterloo Mall. I ordered a footlong, but when I started eating it, the patty was completely cold and the sandwich felt stale and not freshly prepared. I went back to the staff and explained the issue. Instead of properly resolving it, I was first asked to throw the sandwich away, which I did. After that, they started preparing a replacement but only offered a half sandwich, saying I had already eaten part of it. I had only taken a few bites to check the quality and then stopped because it was not edible. I eventually chose not to accept a partial replacement and left without a proper resolution. Overall, I lost the value of my order and did not receive a fair replacement or refund. I hope management improves food quality checks and handles customer concerns more professionally in the future.

  I hit this spot during the absolute peak of the lunch rush. There was a line out the door, but the two people behind the counter were like machines. I’ve never seen sandwiches built so fast. Despite the chaos, my order was 100% correct and the cookies were still warm. If you’re in a hurry, this is the best-managed Subway in the area

  It’s disgusting and disturbing experience. Male employee, touch the meat and than refilled whole vegies with the same gloves. I worked at subway and own it too. its not a standard practice. I would like make aware all the vegetarian and vegan people there not to try from this subway. I went barburrito and that lady changes gloves for each item she touch depends on veg and nonveg. Keeping best contamination away. again this is about standard practice not a brand. I hope owner of the subway learn and escalate this.

  I have just their they are using same gloves for veg and non veg which very much awful to see their I never come to this location as they are not maintained hygiene as well. I think owner should take note and for clarification employee is male and vegetarian and vegan people consider this before eating here
